How to make rice noodle rolls with shrimp

1. After buying fresh shrimp, freeze them for 1 hour, peel them, remove the heads and intestines.

2. Cut the peeled shrimp into appropriate sizes, add a little minced ginger, white pepper and salt to marinate (my mother didn't come home at noon, so I marinated from 10 am to 7 pm)

3. Mix 100g glutinous rice flour, 30g corn starch, 10g corn starch and a small amount of salt, add 168g water and mix well.

4. Pour 6g of corn oil into a small bowl (I always use less oil) and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute.

5. Bring the steamer to a boil and brush a layer of heated corn oil on a 6-inch pizza pan (I only have this size, the 8-inch one has a removable bottom).

6. Put it into the steamer and it’s done when it’s completely transparent.

7. Add the marinated shrimp filling and a little chopped green onion.

8. Wrap it up like a spring roll.

9. Repeat steps 5-8.

10. After wrapping everything, steam them in a pot for 5 minutes, and you can see the red shrimps.
