Salt, MSG, chicken essence, pepper, light soy sauce; 4. Ginger, onion, garlic. Steps: 1. Prepare 250g of small fish, add salt and marinate; 2. Put the small fish in when the oil is hot and fry both sides until golden brown; 3. Add the fried fish with mashed garlic and chili into the hot oil and stir-fry, then add green pepper and salt; 4. Pour a little water and boil it, then serve. The taste of method 2 is not as good as that of method 1.
