How to make scallion pork wontons

Although there are many restaurants outside, if you look closely, you will find that there are only these types: malatang, dumplings, hot pot, and stir-fried dishes. Perhaps, the dishes in these restaurants taste a lot of "flavor", but most of it is due to the seasoning. You can do better at home if you want. Well, now let me introduce to you the method of making shallot and pork wontons.

1.1 Wash, drain and cut into small dices.

2.2 Use appropriate amount of shallots and pick them cleanly.

3.1 Put the cooled meat filling into the chopped shallot (it is easier to handle when it is cooled and also keeps the fragrance of the shallot).

4.2 Grind the pork belly into stuffing and stir-fry with chopped green onion, ginger and garlic. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper powder for seasoning after it changes color. Stir-fry until 80% cooked and let cool for later use.

5.1 Add appropriate amount of salt before packing, season and mix well.

6.2 After mixing well, add a little olive oil, or you can leave it out.

7. Roll the kneaded dough into a thin layer, cut into thin trapezoids, and sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking.

8. Take an appropriate amount of filling and place it on the wonton wrapper.

9. Wrap the wontons.

10. Wrap all the wontons one by one. After wrapping, you can cover the surface with a slightly damp cloth.

11. Boil water in a pot and add a little vinegar. It is said that cooking will make the sticky things break.

12. Cover the pot and bring to a boil. After a while, it will be cooked. Dip it in the sauce and eat.
