1. Boil water to clean the pig intestines, put them into a pot with cold water, add ginger and cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, and cook until cooked.

2.1 Put a little oil in the wok, pour in the pig intestines and fry until the oil comes out and the skin turns dark yellow. Be careful not to burn it.

3.2 After it is cooked, take it out and wash it in cold water to remove the foam, let it cool, and cut it into small pieces.

4. Add garlic and Pixian bean paste, soy sauce, ginger, five-spice powder (if you don’t have it, you can add star anise), and sugar at appropriate times. After frying until fragrant, pour water to cover the pig intestines and cook on low heat until soft.

5. Add MSG before serving and serve.
