How to make hot and sour noodles with assorted sauce

10. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, then transfer to a bowl and set aside.

11. Boil water in a pot, put in the soaked vermicelli and blanch it until softened. Put the softened vermicelli into cold water for a while, then put the vermicelli into boiling water and cook until the vermicelli becomes transparent, then take out and put into a bowl.

12. Take a small pot and put in a small piece of spicy hot pot seasoning to dissolve.

13. Pour the melted spicy hot pot seasoning into the bowl of sweet potato flour

14. Add garlic water, peanuts, sesame seeds, balsamic vinegar, and light soy sauce to the bowl in turn. Then add chili oil and meat sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onions and coriander, mix well, and you can enjoy the authentic Chongqing hot and sour rice noodles that are spicy, fresh, fragrant, sour, and not greasy.
