2. How to make delicious beef ribs

1. Chop the beef ribs into small pieces. I bought the beef ribs at the supermarket. The sales lady was in a bad mood and cut them into large and small pieces. I also didn’t have suitable furniture at home, so some of the pieces were big and some were small. Fortunately, it didn't have much impact in the end. (The picture shows only half; the other half is taking a hot water bath in the pot!) Cut tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and carrots into pieces and set aside (I forgot to take a picture of this, haha).

2. Wash the beef ribs and drain them. Put them in water to wash off the foam and blood, then take them out and set aside.

3. Put the stew seasoning into the seasoning box, wash the dried chilies, cut half of the onion into pieces, and slice the ginger. Take a bowl and pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, a small amount of sugar and appropriate amount of star anise powder (my family had used up all the star anise, so I added star anise powder, but it is better to put the whole star anise into the seasoning box).

4. Boil about a bowl of water in a pot, put in the blanched beef ribs, seasoning box, and dried chilies, pour in the sauce prepared in step 3, add appropriate amount of salt, cook for a while, and turn off the heat.

5. Put the ribs in the pot into the electric pressure cooker and top them with onions and tomatoes. Set according to the operation of the electric pressure cooker.

6. After half an hour, the fragrant beef ribs are ready. Add the sweet potato and carrot cubes and stew until the taste is just right. Stir evenly and you can serve it on a plate.

3. The efficacy and function of steak

1. Replenish energy

The creatine content in beef is higher than any other food, which makes it particularly effective for building muscle and increasing strength. In the first few seconds of training, creatine is the source of muscle fuel. It can effectively replenish adenosine triphosphate, allowing you to train longer.

2. Enhance immunity

Beef contains vitamin B6. The greater the protein requirement, the more vitamin B6 should be added to the diet. Beef contains enough vitamin B6, which can help you enhance your immunity and promote protein metabolism and synthesis, thereby helping your body recover after intense training.

3. Promote metabolism

Beef contains botulinum. The content of botulinum and creatine in chicken and fish is very low, but the content in beef is very high. Botulinum toxin is mainly used to support fat metabolism and produce branched-chain amino acids, an amino acid that plays an important role in muscle growth for bodybuilders.

4. Protein

Beef contains potassium and protein. Potassium is a mineral that is lacking in the diets of most athletes. Low potassium levels can inhibit protein synthesis and growth hormone production, thereby affecting muscle growth.
