How to cook pickled pepper beef brisket and radish

1. First wash the beef brisket and cut it into cubes. Bring water to a boil and pour in the cut beef brisket. Blanch it to remove the blood and then remove the beef brisket.

2. Wash the radish and cut it into pieces.

3. Chop the pickled peppers, pickled ginger, pickled onions, old ginger, and garlic, and prepare the spices.

4. Pick and wash the chives and scallions you grow, chop the chives, and cut the cilantro into sections.

5. Pour rapeseed oil and lard into a hot pan. When the oil is hot, add peppercorns, ginger, garlic, pickled peppers, pickled ginger, pickled onions, Pixian bean paste, and star anise and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

6. Pour in the beef brisket and stir-fry over high heat for a few times, then add two teaspoons of white wine, one teaspoon of sugar color, and one teaspoon of pepper and stir-fry evenly.

7. After the aroma comes out, add hot water and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat, cover and simmer.

8. Wait for the beef brisket to stew for about half an hour.

9. Add radish and bring to a boil over high heat.

10. Cover the pot, turn down the heat and simmer for half an hour, then add half a spoonful of chicken essence and MSG.

11. Put it into the casserole that has been blanched in advance.

12. Finally, sprinkle with green onions and coriander, and a bowl of spicy and soft beef brisket and radish is ready.
