The simplest cold-mixed lactone tofu

Renol is mainly used to make some tofu pudding and soy milk, because renolite tofu is smoother and not too hard. It is usually most suitable for making soup. Renolite tofu is more commonly served cold. Cut a small amount of green onions and make green onion tofu. The preparation method is also very simple. You can also pair it with some other vegetables you like to make the taste richer.

Ingredients : a box of rennet tofu, sesame oil, shrimps, and sugar.

Method 1. Cut open the back

2. Wash and drain the shrimp balls, mix with cooking wine, salt and pepper and marinate for a while

3. Cut the vegetables into the desired shape, cut the sausage into sections and then cut it into a chrysanthemum shape, that is, cut evenly horizontally at one end of the sausage and then cut vertically, but do not cut off the bottom

4. After sautéing ginger slices in oil, pour in the shrimp balls and stir-fry until they change color. Set aside

5. Heat another pan with oil and fry the sausage until the surface is slightly charred. Remove from the pan and set aside.

6. Add carrots and stir fry

7. Continue to add yellow pepper and purple cabbage and stir-fry, and add a little salt to taste

8. Pour in the shrimp balls and sausages, add a little sugar and stir well.

Method 2

1. Pour the rennet tofu out of the box, drain the water and cut into small cubes.

2. Chop the green onion and coriander and sprinkle them on the tofu.

3. Put a little oil in the pan, fry the dried shrimps briefly, remove them and sprinkle them on the tofu.

4. Prepare the sauce: add more seafood soy sauce, a little light soy sauce, spicy oil (according to taste), a little sugar, and a drop of sesame oil, and stir the sauce well.

5. Pour the juice evenly on the tofu.
