1. Sift the flour and put it into the bread machine in the order of water-sugar-salt-flour-yeast. Press 4: sweet bread program

2.12 Add white oil after the dough is formed. Continue kneading until the dough is smooth and not sticky. The dough can stretch into a thin film that is not easy to break.

3.21 Sprinkle with rosemary. Wrap the dough into a ball. Place it in a bowl with a thin layer of oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 40 minutes.

4. Take out the dough and flatten it. Divide it into 5 portions. Each portion is 80 grams. Roll them into balls and cover with plastic wrap and let them rest for 10 minutes.

5. Flatten the dough into a long, thin sheet that is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom. Use a damp knife to make 6 oblique cuts (like leaf veins) and place on a baking sheet.

6. Use your fingers to poke several holes in the dough, put the sliced ​​black olives on it, press it down slightly, cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 30 minutes.

7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. For about 12 minutes, remove from the oven when the surface turns golden brown.
