How to make Gangzimo

1. Add yeast to flour and knead into dough of moderate hardness. Let it ferment and set aside.

2. After fermentation, add a small amount of alkaline flour and knead the dough.

3. If you want to make delicious steamed buns, you must knead the dough until it is firm. In order to make the dough more chewy, I used the simplest kneading method. The steamed buns or cakes made by this method can maximize the aroma of the dough. If you like it, you can try it. As shown in the picture, keep pulling the dough, like pulling noodles, until the dough has fascia.

4. Roll the kneaded dough into long strips and set aside.

5. Cut the sugar into pieces of the same size and let it rise for 10 minutes.

6. Preheat the electric baking pan with oil and put in the dough that has been fermented with sugar. Brush a layer of oil on the surface of the dough, cover it with a lid, and bake the steamed buns over upper and lower fires at the same time.

7. Because my pancake maker does not have a fire switch control, when I am frying pancakes, the light will automatically turn off when the heat reaches the right level, and the pancakes are considered cooked. Each family has their own fire control.
