7. Heat oil in a pan, prepare a small bowl, put sesame pepper, chili powder and cumin in it.

8. After the oil is heated, turn off the heat, count to 10 seconds, and then pour the hot oil into a small bowl. Why do we need to wait for ten seconds? It is because we are afraid that the oil will be too hot and the chili powder will be burnt, which will make it lose its fragrance.

9. Cut the green garlic into shreds and add it to the shredded beef tendon. Then add sugar, salt, and fried red oil. Mix well and you can eat it.
