14. Cook over medium-low heat until the sauce thickens and is almost dry (about 20-30 minutes)

15. Place the meat in a bowl and pour vinegar and a little soup on top of the meat.

16. Put it into the pressure cooker, cover it with a plate, turn down the heat after steaming, and steam for about 30 minutes, then put it on the plate.
