How to make seafood pasta with white sauce

I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the recipe of white sauce seafood pasta.

(It is best to stir the noodles after cooking for a few minutes to ensure that the noodles are completely loose and not sticking to the pan, as pasta tends to stick to the pan)

12. Be careful not to let the soup dry up. If the noodles are not ready yet, turn off the heat first. (It is best not to turn off the fire, keep it on low to maintain the temperature)

13.1 Wash and drain the clams and set aside.

14.2 Open the shrimp backs and set aside. (This will mature faster, and will also roll into beautiful shrimp balls with a better taste)

15. Take an egg yolk and set aside.

16. Add the cooked noodles directly to the fried ingredients and continue cooking over medium heat.

17. Pour in the cream.

18. Add the cream and continue to boil.

19. After boiling, add clams, cover and cook for 4 minutes (it is best if the clams are fully opened, if the clams are small, it will take about 3 minutes)

20. When the clams are fully opened, add the shrimp and cook.

21. Add the shrimp (easy to cook) and sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese

22. Add chopped basil leaves and cook.

23. After the cheese melts and the soup becomes thick, turn off the heat. After turning off the heat, add the egg yolk and use the remaining heat to mix well with the noodle soup.

24.Sprinkle with a little freshly ground black pepper.

25. Finally, place the noodles and shiitake mushrooms on a plate, then add the clams and shrimp fillet, and finally garnish with basil leaves. (Put the plate in water and heat it in the microwave for 45 seconds. Please make sure to heat the plate before serving!!! Please..)
