21. Place the wrapped pot stickers in the pot.

22. Add two tablespoons of cooking oil, turn on the heat, and fry for 1-2 minutes after the oil is hot.

23. Pour in a small bowl of water, turn to low heat and cover the pot.

24. Fry for about 8 minutes, open the pot and turn to high heat.

25. Fry for about 2 minutes more until the water is dry and there is a little oil left. You can sprinkle some chopped green onions or black sesame seeds before serving to add flavor.
