How to make colorful jelly

1. Dice the mango and mountain pear, soak the cherries in salt water for half an hour and drain them for later use, and wash the raisins with clean water and drain them for later use.

2. Add rock sugar to pure water and boil until dissolved, then set aside to cool.

3. Soak the gelatin powder in cold water first, then pour it into the slightly warm sugar water and mix well for later use.

4. Shanhua pear is quite sour, so I pickled it with sugar for a while before using it.

5. First, arrange the mango, pear slices, raisins and mint leaves in order, then spoon some sugar water into it, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes (to fix the shape)

6. After freezing, take it out and add appropriate amount of sugar water, then put it in the refrigerator and freeze it for 10 minutes (mainly for shaping, because if you fill it up at once, the fruit will float and cannot be shaped)

7. Finally, put all the fruits in, pour the cooled sugar water into a non-stick plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than four hours.

8. I kept this for 6 hours before taking it out!

9. Use a little force to turn it upside down on the plate

10. Done! So beautiful!

11. Cut it into pieces and share it with everyone.
