2. Soak the duck in rice water for a while, take it out and rinse it several times with clean water. After washing, cut it into pieces.

Accessories: oil, salt, garlic cloves, 5 pickled peppers, 3 green peppers, 3 red peppers, 3 scallions and ginger, 3g thirteen spices, 30ml rice wine, 15ml soy sauce, 2g sugar, 15g bean paste, 15g black bean sauce
