How to make fermented bean curd flavored pan-fried biscuits

Nowadays, life and work are busy and stressful. Many people do not pay attention to regularity in diet, which will cause various diseases. If you master the healthy cooking methods of one or two dishes, you can not only enjoy the delicious taste, but also supplement the body's nutrition and make our body healthier. Now let’s learn how to make fermented bean curd flavored pan-fried pancakes with me.

1. I use self-rising flour. If you don’t have it, ordinary flour will also work. Put 4 cups of flour into a container large enough to make 24 palm-sized pancakes. You can reduce the amount accordingly. Then add 2Tsp baking powder.

2.1 Pour 2 Cups of warm water into the flour mixture little by little, and stir with chopsticks until it becomes snowflake-like without any loose dough.

3.2 Add 2Tbsp powdered sugar.

4.12 After kneading into a dough, add 2 Tbsp of cooking oil and knead well. The purpose of this is to make the noodles softer. Then cover with plastic wrap and set aside for about 30 minutes.

5.21 Prepare a few green onions and chop them into small pieces. Lighting a candlestick on the chopping board will naturally greatly reduce the glare when cutting onions.

6. Take an appropriate amount of fermented bean curd. I used spicy fermented bean curd, but I think the color of red fermented bean curd would be better. But I wonder what would happen with stinky fermented bean curd? You can give it a try next time.

7. Add 4 Tbsp cooking oil, a little Sichuan pepper powder and a little white pepper and mix well.

8. Roll the dough into a thin rectangle, spread the fermented bean curd sauce evenly and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Then roll it up from one end, pulling it while rolling will give better results, then let it sit for another 10 minutes.

9. Take a frying pan, add a little oil, cut the dough into small pieces about one inch wide, and then put them directly into the frying pan with the cut side facing down. The aroma of fermented bean curd will waft in from time to time.

10. Fry one side until golden brown, turn it over, and then use a flat spatula to press the dough into a pancake. Repeat this process until both sides are golden brown. Use medium or low heat throughout the process.

11. Pan-fried biscuits.

Today’s introduction ends here. I wonder if you have learned how to make fermented bean curd flavored pancakes? So as long as you follow the editor's steps, you will definitely succeed. Come on!
