How to make healthy puff pastry mooncakes

6. Roll each portion of water dough into a round piece that is thick in the middle and thin at the edges, put a piece of oil dough on it, and wrap it up to make a round ball;

7. Then use even force to roll the round dough into an oval shape;

8. Roll it into a cylindrical shape;

9. After unfolding it again, fold it into three parts like a quilt;

10. Roll out the dough for the last time to make it thick in the middle and thin at the edges, and put a pumpkin filling on it;

11. Wrap it like a dumpling, press it slightly, close the mouth downwards, and shape it;

12. Line the baking tray with tin foil with the shiny side facing down, place all the prepared dough pieces on the baking tray, brush a layer of water on each dough piece first, then evenly brush 2 layers of egg yolk liquid on them, decorate the pumpkin filling with pumpkin seeds and the taro filling with black sesame seeds. Preheat the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit (192 degrees Celsius) and bake on the middle layer for 25-30 minutes.
