Mushroom and ham pizza recipe

1. 2. While the dough is rising, prepare other ingredients. Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into slices, and cut the king oyster mushrooms into slices

3. Heat the pan over medium heat, spread the mushroom slices on the pan, turn to low heat and bake slowly.

4. Turn the mushrooms over during baking until they become soft and slightly yellow on both sides, then put them in a bowl and cool for later use.

5. Process the King Oyster Mushroom in the same way. Mushrooms and most vegetables will release water and make the filling soggy if baked directly on the pizza dough, so they should be treated in this way.

6. After the dough has fermented, use your hands to knead and squeeze out the gas inside the dough until the dough becomes smaller again. Knead the dough into a round shape and let it rise at room temperature for 15 minutes, then roll it out into a round sheet. Place the dough on an oiled pizza pan and flatten with your palms.

7. Place the ham on the dough along the edge of the pizza pan.

8. Press the dough behind the ham forward and wrap the ham with the dough.

9. Use scissors to cut the wrapped ham sausage dough into several sections

10. Twist each section 90° so that the cross section of the ham faces upwards, and the lace is formed.

11. Use a fork to poke some small holes on the bottom of the pancake to prevent it from bulging when baking.

12. Spread a layer of pizza sauce on the crust and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese

13. After draining the canned tuna, tear the tuna into small pieces and sprinkle it on the tortilla base. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese shreds, and finally put the processed mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms and sprinkle some more mozzarella cheese shreds (leave a little mozzarella cheese for later use)

14. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of water to make honey water. Use a brush dipped in honey water to brush a thin layer on the edge of the pizza (after brushing with honey water, the crust will be easier to bake to a golden color. You can also brush with whole egg liquid, but the color will be darker). Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven at 200℃, bake for 10 minutes, take it out of the oven, sprinkle it with the remaining mozzarella cheese, put it back in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
