1.1 Roll the dough into a round shape and wrap it with red bean paste

2.2 Knead all the ingredients (except butter) into dough. I used the dough kneading program of the bread machine. After 15 minutes, add butter and knead the dough until the fascia is formed. Then carry out basic fermentation. When the dough is fermented to 2.5 times the size, divide it into 6 portions, knead it into balls and relax it for 15 minutes.

3. Wrap the dough with red bean paste, place it on the chopping board with the seam facing down, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a long oval shape. Make 4 vertical cuts on the long oval, but do not cut off the beginning and end.

4.Pinch the two ends of the cut dough, tie a single knot, and place it in the paper tray. After shaping all the doughs one by one, place them in a warm and humid place for final fermentation, allowing the dough to become twice its original size.

5. Lightly brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the fermented dough, put it into the preheated oven at 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes. Cover the bread with tin foil after it is colored.
