How to make cheese breadsticks

Although there are many restaurants outside, if you look closely, you will find that there are only these types: malatang, dumplings, hot pot, and stir-fried dishes. Perhaps, the dishes in these restaurants taste a lot of "flavor", but most of it is due to the seasoning. You can do better at home if you want. So, now let me introduce to you the method of making cheese breadsticks.

1. Mix all ingredients together and knead into dough. Put the dough on the work surface and knead it vigorously for 8-10 minutes until the surface of the dough is smooth and feels elastic.

2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and place it in a warm place to ferment for 40 minutes to 1 hour, until the dough doubles in volume.

3. Press out the air from the fermented dough with your hands, knead it into a round shape, wrap it with plastic wrap or cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise at room temperature for 15 minutes.

4. Place the risen dough on a floured chopping board and use a rolling pin to roll it into a rectangle (you can preheat the oven at this time)

5. Cut the rolled dough into thin strips with a width of 1 cm. Cut about 20 strips

6. Place the cut strips on the baking tray. If the strips are short, you can slowly stretch them longer with your hands. The length of each strip is about 25CM. Put the baking tray into the oven preheated to 200℃, bake in the middle layer for about 15 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.
