1. The butter should be very soft, and it will be very soft when you press it lightly with your fingers (if the weather is too cold, you can heat it in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time. Until a very small amount of butter melts into liquid. If you overheat it, you can put it in the refrigerator for a while.)

2. After the butter is softened, add sugar and salt and beat with an electric whisk (medium speed) until the volume expands and the color turns white.

3. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites slightly

4. Add the egg white to the butter in 2-3 times, and beat until the egg absorbs each time.

8. Add a small amount of batter each time (too much will make it difficult to squeeze out). If the weather is too cold and the batter is too hard, you can soften it with the temperature of your hands, or put it on a warm hot water bottle for a while so that it can be squeezed out (usually it will be like this at the beginning, but it will be fine later).

12. Bake at 180 degrees, middle layer of oven, for 12 to 15 minutes, until the color is satisfactory.

13. After it is completely cool, store it in a sealed box or a fresh-keeping bag.
