Banana Chiffon Recipe

1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white

8. Beat at medium speed until bubbles form, then switch to low speed and beat until the egg whites are pulled up and can stand upright (it doesn’t matter if the tip is slightly soft or upright).

9. Take out 1/3 of the egg white and add it to the egg yolk batter. Use a spatula to scrape back and forth in an N shape.

10. Spread the egg whites and mix with the batter, then stir evenly

11. Pour 10 back into the egg white bowl and stir evenly to form a smooth batter

12. Pour into the mold and gently shake out the bubbles

13. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees, middle and lower layer, 170 degrees for 40 minutes

14. After baking, quickly take it out and let it cool upside down
