How to make pineapple chiffon cake roll

6. Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites and stir with an electric whisk until foamy

7. Add 1/3 of white sugar and stir at medium speed

8. When the egg whites are coarsely foamy, add another 1/3 of the sugar and stir at a low speed.

9.1 Pull up the whisk head and the egg white paste can be pulled out into a small curved hook

10.2 When the egg white paste begins to have lines, add the last 1/3 of sugar and continue stirring at a low speed

11. Mix 1/3 of the egg white paste with the egg yolk paste, cut and mix evenly, do not stir in circles

12. Add 1/3 of the egg white paste and mix well.

13. Pour all the egg yolk paste into the egg white paste and mix evenly; preheat the oven to 170 degrees

14. Pour the cake batter onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and shake it on the table a few times to remove the bubbles.

15. Put it in the oven, middle upper layer, upper and lower fire, 170 degrees for 20 minutes, turn to 150 degrees for 2 minutes

16. After it comes out of the oven, shake it on the table.

17. Spread plastic wrap on the grill and turn the cake upside down on the plastic wrap on the grill.

18. Tear off the wax paper while it is still hot and let it cool down slightly

19. Move the cake to the table and roll it up with a rolling pin.

20. After it has cooled completely, use a serrated knife to cut into pieces. If you use a regular knife, soak the knife in hot water before each cut, so that the cuts will be more beautiful.
