8. Add another 1/3 of the mixture into the egg yolk paste and mix well again.

11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle and lower layer, for 20 minutes (I use full power for the upper fire and half power for the lower fire). When the heat dissipates slightly, evenly spread the salad dressing and sprinkle with sausage pieces.

12. Slightly trim the edge of the cake, roll it back with a rolling pin, push the cake forward to roll it into a cake roll, wrap it and set it in shape. Leave it for about an hour before eating.
