How to make dried shrimps with MSG

1.1 Remove impurities from the dried shrimps, put them in a strainer and rinse them with water several times, shaking them while pouring water, to remove excess salt and possible fine sand. Then soak it in water and change the water 3 to 5 times. This can reduce the volatile nitroso compounds such as dimethylnitrosamine in the dried shrimps. 2.2 Take out a small bowl of dried shrimps, about 50 grams.

4.2 Put the washed shrimps on the electric baking pan without adding oil. You can also use a frying pan instead.

5. Stir-fry slowly over low heat until the shrimp skin is completely dry. After turning off the heat, continue to stir-fry to dissipate the heat as quickly as possible and keep it dry.

6. Let the fried dried shrimps cool down.

7. Use a rolling pin to crush the dried shrimp into small pieces. If you like to eat them in small pieces, you can crush them into smaller pieces. You can also blend it in a blender.

8. If there is little MSG in the prepared dried shrimps, put them in a plate and eat them in two or three days. If there are too many, they need to be sealed and kept dry in the refrigerator. Since homemade ones do not contain preservatives, it is best to eat them within 1 month.
