How to make pistachio chocolate candy

8. At this point, the mixture in the milk pan should be in the form of a thick dough (if it is thin, it will become thicker after cooling for a while). Allow the mixture to cool slightly, pour it onto a work surface, and use a wooden spatula or other tool to help shape it into a rectangle as shown (please wait until it cools down enough to not burn your hands before shaping). If the dough becomes loose after cooling, press it down firmly.

9. After the mixture cools and solidifies, cut it into 16 pieces with a knife.

10. Cut the white chocolate in ingredient B into small pieces and mix with butter

11. Heat over water and stir constantly until completely dissolved

12. Take a piece of lactose candy made in step 9 and apply a thin layer of melted white chocolate on three sides.

13. Before the chocolate solidifies, stick the pistachio kernels from ingredient B on the surface

14. Coat the remaining three sides with white chocolate and stick pistachios on them. The production is complete. Wait until the white chocolate is completely solidified before eating. (Coat three sides first, and after sticking pistachio kernels on them, you can use your hands to hold the side with pistachio kernels to coat the other sides. If you coat all six sides with white chocolate at the beginning, it will be inconvenient to stick pistachio kernels on them.)
