Soaked black fungus, soaked shiitake mushrooms, soaked day lily, cooked quail eggs, soaked fish maw, soaked tendons, fresh shiitake mushrooms, fresh mushrooms, meatballs, fishballs, sausages, river shrimps, carrots, soaked pork skin, fresh white jade mushrooms, fresh shimeji mushrooms, coriander

Steps to prepare three fresh stew

1. Soak the pork skin, tendons, and fish maw in warm water, and soak the mushrooms, fungus, and day lily in warm water.

2. Wash fresh shiitake mushrooms, button mushrooms, white jade mushrooms, and shimeji mushrooms

3. Heat the oil in a pan and add the three fresh ingredients (pork skin, tendons, fish maw) and pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

4. Add broth or water, put in all the ingredients from 1 and 2, grilled sausage, river shrimp, carrot slices and cook until the soup boils.

5. Add fish balls, meatballs, seasoning and coriander.

6. In winter, it is delicious to have a pot like this and some wine.

Tips

This dish is actually very simple. Just put the easy-to-cook and semi-finished products in later and the raw ones in first! The river shrimp I used were fried shrimps that were fully cooked to enhance their freshness.
