7. Knead the fried salami and the oil into the dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 90 minutes. When the volume expands by 1.5 times, shape the dough into a ball and put it into an oiled mold.

9. Put it in the preheated oven, 177 degrees, bake for 20 minutes, then rotate the baking tray 180 degrees and continue baking for 20 minutes.

10. Cool for 1 hour after baking and enjoy
