How to stir-fry clams

1. Clean and dry the clams (see below for cleaning methods)

2.1 Stir-fry over high heat, the clams will slowly open their shells and turn red

3.2 Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili and fry until fragrant

4. Add a little soy sauce, stir fry for 2 minutes, cover and simmer for 1 minute

5. Open the lid and see that all the clams have opened their mouths. Remove from the pot and place on a plate.
