1. Prepare all the ingredients.

13. Add the fried flatfish, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.

14. When the sauce is thick, remove the fish and place it on a plate.

15. Add thin starch to the soup and drizzle with sesame oil.

16. Pour the soup over the fish.
