1. Wash the cod, discard, remove the bones and remove the fish meat.

2. Cut the fish into 1 cm cubes.

3. Add cooking wine, soy sauce and water starch to the fish pieces and marinate for 10 minutes.

4. Heat oil in a wok, add fish cubes and fry over medium heat. Use chopsticks to gently separate the fish cubes during frying to prevent them from sticking.

5. Fry the fish until golden brown and cooked through, then remove from the oil and set aside.

6. Cut the mushrooms and bamboo shoots into pieces of the same size as the fish.

7. Pour water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Put the mushrooms, bamboo shoots, corn kernels and edamame kernels into the boiling water and blanch them until cooked, then remove them from the pot.

8. Pour oil into the wok and add chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and pickled pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

9. Pour in a little water used to blanch the mushrooms, then add sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt and stir well.

10. Thicken with water starch to make the soup thick.

11. Pour in the blanched new mushrooms, corn kernels, winter bamboo shoots, and edamame kernels.

12. Pour in the fried fish cubes and stir-fry quickly.
