How to make jujube-flavored spareribs

The word "laziness" has ruined the lives of countless people. In order to get rid of this bad habit, you need to follow me and learn how to make jujube-flavored spare ribs.

1. Wash and soak the ribs, add salt, pepper, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, scallions and an egg;

2. Stir well and marinate for 30 minutes;

3. Remove the core of most of the jujubes and cut them into small pieces. Cut the remaining 2 into thin strips.

4. Deep fry the marinated ribs;

5. Fry the ribs until golden brown and then remove from the ribs and drain the oil;

6. Leave a small amount of oil in the pot and add appropriate amount of rock sugar;

7. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely melted and turns brown;

8. Add the fried ribs and stir-fry until each piece of ribs is evenly colored.

9. Add dates;

10. Add the marinated ribs juice and appropriate amount of water;

11. Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for a quarter of an hour. Remove the lid and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.

12. Place on a plate and sprinkle shredded red dates on the surface.
