1.Main ingredients: pumpkin and orange. It is best to use old pumpkins, the older the better. I think it will taste good too.

2. Wash the pumpkin and cut it into 1cm thick slices with the skin on. (It is more nutritious and tastes better with the skin on. If you don't like it, you can peel it.)

3. Wash the orange, remove the peel and squeeze the orange juice; (Because the orange peel is used, the orange peel must be cleaned, washed, soaked, rubbed with salt, and scalded with boiling water)

4. Add maple syrup to orange juice; (maple syrup is a very healthy natural sweetener, you can use honey instead, and you can actually add some sugar)

5. Add cinnamon powder;

6. Stir well and set aside;

7. Take a larger baking tray and spread half of the orange zest on the bottom;

8. Evenly spread pumpkin slices;

9. Pour maple syrup and orange juice evenly;

10. Sprinkle with the other half of the orange zest;

11. Cover the baking tray with a layer of tin foil and put it into the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes until the pumpkin is cooked and soft.

12. Eat it! It’s fragrant and sweet, with rich fruity aromas and cinnamon flavors—the best pumpkin ever!
