How to make vegetarian chicken and green pepper slices

1. Cut the tenderloin, vegetarian chicken, garlic into slices, bell pepper into cubes, and chili pepper into sections;

2. Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, cornstarch and soy sauce to the meat slices, stir well and marinate;

3. Heat the pan, add a proper amount of oil, add garlic slices and chili peppers and sauté until fragrant;

8. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, add salt, pepper and other seasonings and mix well;

9. Remove from the pan and place on a plate, garnish with chopped green onions.
