1.1 Dice tomatoes and wash and cut cabbage into pieces

2.2 Wash and cut beef into pieces, and cut carrots, beets and onions into pieces

7. Add tomato sauce, bay leaves and rosemary and fry until they turn red. Add 250 ml of water, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat until the vegetables are cooked.

8. Finally, add sugar, salt and pepper to season, and finally add tomato cubes. Add Chinese cabbage and minced garlic, then add sour cream
