How to make steamed shrimp and pickled cabbage egg custard

1. Chop sauerkraut, dried shrimps (soaked in advance), and coriander.

3. Add salt (1/4 teaspoon) and stir a few times.

4. Add 100ml of warm water to each egg, stirring until there is no foam.

5. Add dried shrimps and sauerkraut separately.

6. Add 90ml of water to the base of the egg cooker.

7. Place the steamer box in the steamer rack, cover the lid, and turn on the power until it automatically turns off.

8. After steaming, use a spoon to cut it, drizzle with light soy sauce and sesame oil, and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
