Biwo is a kind of homemade beer made by the local Russian people in Tacheng. It is brewed by fermenting dry bread. Its color is similar to beer but slightly red. It has moderate sweetness and sourness, similar to sour plum soup. It is a non-alcoholic fermented refreshing drink. Not only can every household make it, it is also one of the most popular beverages for Tacheng people in summer and autumn. It is usually made and sold on the spot, without any trademarks, and is truly a home-brewed "fresh beer".

Tacheng's "Malosh" is made of pure milk and eggs, and has a rosy yellow color. When you take a bite, the rich aroma of milk and eggs immediately invades you. Some people say that eating Tacheng's "Malosh" feels like first love. However, people in Tacheng also add yogurt to "Malosh", which makes the taste more sweet and sour and refreshing.

The biggest feature of Tacheng air-dried meat is the unique aroma formed during the drying process. It is said that some outsiders have tasted the air-dried meat here and returned to their hometown to make it, but they could not find the feeling of Tacheng air-dried meat. The reason why Tacheng air-dried meat is famous is first of all due to the vast grasslands of the Tacheng Basin, the pollution-free natural environment and the moist, cool and refreshing climate conditions.

In addition to its extremely high nutritional value, camel milk also has amazing effects in medical assistance. Camel milk is rich in lactoferrin and lysozyme, which are lacking in cow's milk. Both of these bactericidal substances can strengthen the human immune system. Scientists believe that camel milk can also help treat cancer and is an ideal drink for patients with immunodeficiency diseases such as AIDS. At the same time, camel milk also has good effects on human skin and can be used in cosmetics to help people eliminate wrinkles and whiten skin tone.

There are two types of Leba: salty and sweet. At present, in Tacheng City, rectangular salty bread is generally called Leba, while the sweet round Russian Leba is called bread.

Naren is a delicacy from the Tacheng pastoral area, with distinct pastoral characteristics. This delicacy is also called hand-pulled meat or hand-pulled mutton noodles. Cook the noodles or dough sheets with the original mutton soup, scoop them out and put them on a plate. Put the noodles on the bottom of the plate and the meat on top. Chop the meat with a knife and mix it with the noodles. Sprinkle some spicy noodles, chopped onions and other condiments, then eat it with your hands. This is hand-pulled mutton noodles. After eating the noodles, drink a bowl of original soup, “original soup and original food”.
