12. Put an appropriate amount of water in the steamer, put in the lid after the water boils, brush with oil or put in a wet cloth, put the buns in, and leave a finger-wide gap between each one. Cover the pot, steam over high heat for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes, then open the lid.
