Italian tomato meat sauce recipe

1. Dice fresh tomatoes, onions and garlic and add them to the meat filling and mix well. Prepare the tomato sauce. Italian mixed herb powder is a must (the key to the flavor of meat sauce). Butter is optional (to increase the flavor. If not available, ordinary salad oil can be used instead)

Immediately add enough salt (about two teaspoons) and 2 teaspoons of Italian mixed herbs. Fry over medium-low heat until the tomatoes are melted. Note that you must stir constantly to prevent the pot from sticking.

6.1 Generally, straight pasta, Chule No. 3, is used.

7.2 Pour the minced meat and onions that you scooped out earlier, stir-fry until the water is basically dried up, and put it in a separate container.

8. Boil 1/3 of the water. When the water boils, add a small spoonful of salt to prevent the noodles from sticking together and the soup from becoming cloudy. Cook the noodles over high heat until they are completely softened and sink to the bottom of the pot. Then turn to low heat, half-cover the pot, and cook for about 10 minutes before turning off the heat. Allow the noodles to soak in the water for another 3 minutes (this method will make the noodles soft but not mushy. If you like to eat something harder, you can shorten the cooking time and skip the instant noodles step). Take out the noodles, blow them to drain the water, add a small amount of salad oil (corn oil is best, as it has less raw oil smell), and mix well.
