How to make authentic charcoal grilled fish

Charcoal grilled fish is one of the many ways to cook fish. The taste of grilled fish is different from that of steamed fish. Not everyone can make authentic charcoal grilled fish. Only by mastering its skills and methods can you make grilled fish to perfection. Before cooking the fish, you must prepare it well. People will only like to eat fish without any fishy smell. So what is the authentic method of charcoal grilled fish?

Method 1:

1. Prepare the ingredients . This time, the grilled fish is made with local ingredients, so no other ingredients are used.

2. Add salt and ginger to the prepared fish and spread evenly.

3. Turn over and spread evenly again, marinate for about half an hour.

4. Stir-fry the sauce, add oil, peppercorns, onions and red peppers, stir-fry until done.

5. Pour the sauce into a plate, add some cooking oil, and place celery and coriander on top.

6. I use charcoal fire at home, which is pure natural grilled fish. Haha, first make the charcoal fire, apply a layer of cooked oil to the marinated fish, and put it in the fish grilling clip. During the grilling process, you have to keep turning it over. It takes a little effort. Slowly, you can smell the fragrance of the fish.

7. When the fish is grilled to golden brown, you can put it on a plate, sprinkle it with green onions, grill it over charcoal fire, and eat it with a plate of peanuts. If you like, you can add some vinegar to make it taste good. I prefer to add some vinegar. It's fun to eat the grilled fish while chatting with friends. (I grilled it at home at night, the light was not very good, but the taste was really good)

Note:

Because it is grilled with charcoal fire, you need to be careful when grilling to avoid hurting your hands. During the grilling process, you need to turn the fish over and grill it slowly and patiently.

Method 2:

1. Kill a carp and clean it. Use a knife to split the fish in half from the belly to the back, and then use a dry cloth to absorb the moisture.

2. Add the processed carp, onion slices, ginger slices, coriander, salt, pepper, cooking wine, and garlic powder, mix well and marinate for 2 hours.

3Place the marinated carp on the charcoal stove and grill both sides until cooked.

Note:

The marinating time should not exceed 4 hours, otherwise the fish will lose its fresh and tender taste.
