When the potatoes are 80% cooked, add the shrimps and crabs and stir-fry (do not add the shrimp and crab soup into the pot first), simmer for a while, and add a little water if there is not enough. Finally add the tofu, rice cakes and crab shells. If the rice cakes are put in too early, they will stick to the pan. If the tofu is put in too early, it will easily fall apart when stir-frying. It is best to buy Korean rice cakes which are easy to cook. Finally, pour in the remaining soup from fried shrimps and crabs, add oyster sauce, reduce the sauce, and remove from heat.

Note: Place potatoes, tofu, and rice cakes on the bottom layer, shrimps and crabs in the middle, and crab shells on the top layer. Done!
