8. Add the diced lotus root and stir-fry for a while.

9. Add the green pepper pieces and stir-fry evenly, then add water starch to thicken.

10. Place lasagna on the bottom of the bowl, then add a layer of fried sauce.

11. Repeatedly spread the lasagna and fried sauce, making five layers.

12. Add a raw egg on the fried sauce and bake in the oven at 200° for 15 minutes until the egg liquid is slightly coagulated (adjust the baking time according to your preference).
