How to make braised pork buns

1. Put the ingredients for the bun skin into the bread machine and run the dough program.

6. Put an appropriate amount of marinated meat into the dough, seal the mouth, and roll it into a round shape.

7. Put the prepared steamed buns into a steamer filled with boiling water, cover it, turn off the heat and let it sit for 20 minutes. 12. Heat the steamer, boil the water over high heat and then switch to medium-low heat and steam for 15 minutes.
