French Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

8. Soak the gelatin tablets in cold water for 10 minutes. After softening, pour out the water, add two tablespoons of water and a little sugar, and melt them in hot water.

9. After the gelatin solution has cooled, add COINTREAU (optional) and mix well. Add cheese and mix well.

10. Put the whipped cheese into a piping bag. I used a medium-sized round piping nozzle and put it in the refrigerator.
