How to make Christmas gingerbread bear

Does your busy daily work make you feel tired? Are you frustrated by years of overtime work? Now, just make a Christmas gingerbread bear like me to relax and comfort yourself.

1. Pour low flour, brown sugar, powdered sugar, cinnamon powder and ginger powder into a bowl;

2.12 Add the remaining ingredients to the mixed powder;

3.21 Knead into a dough with your hands and put it in the refrigerator to relax for 1 hour. (When you first start kneading the dough, the surface will be rough. Continue to knead it patiently for a while until the surface of the dough is smooth);

4.1 Use molds of various shapes to carve out cookie models on the rolled dough (the one in the picture is a baby bear model)

5.2 Place the relaxed dough on a chopping board and roll it into a thin sheet about 0.3 cm thick; (If the chopping board is not big enough, you can divide the dough into several small portions and roll them in batches)

6. Place the carved gingerbread on the baking tray;

7. Beat the eggs and mix with water to make egg water. Brush a layer of egg wash on the gingerbread, let it sit and relax for about 20 minutes, then brush it with another layer of egg wash, put it into the preheated oven, bake it at 180 degrees on the middle layer for about 12 minutes, and take it out when it has reached the color you like.

8. Because I didn’t plan to draw a pattern, I used the simplest way to beautify it - poking it with toothpicks~~Haha~I’m too lazy!

10. However, in order to create a Christmas atmosphere, I made cookies in the shapes of Christmas trees, Santa men, and Christmas canes!
