1. Ingredients: 10g dried rose, 125g milk, 250g low-gluten flour, 6g yeast, 70g butter, 60g sugar, a little egg yolk (for brushing the surface)

2. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.

3.Cut the butter into small pieces.

4. Sift the low-gluten flour into a bowl, add butter and sugar.

5. Rub the butter into the flour with your hands and rub it into fine crumbs.

6. Add dried rose petals to the flour.

7. Crush into fine pieces and mix with flour for later use.

8. Add yeast water to the flour bowl in batches and mix well.

9. Gently knead the dough until it becomes shiny. (Don't over-knead to avoid tendons)

10. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a sheet with a thickness of about 1.5-2cm.

11. Cut into triangles or use a small cookie cutter.

12. Line the baking tray with tin foil, place the cut pieces on the baking tray, and brush with egg yolk liquid.

13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle layer, for 15 minutes.
