How to cook pork ribs and lotus root slices

1. Blanch the ribs, drain and set aside, cut the lotus root into thick slices, and cut the green pepper into pieces

2. Stir-fry the scallion, garlic and star anise in a pan, then add the carrots and stir-fry.

3. Add the spareribs and stir-fry, then add appropriate amount of sugar, dark soy sauce, soy sauce and cooking wine.
