Two-year-old baby recipes

What you should pay attention to now is: the baby's stomach capacity is limited, so it is advisable to eat small meals frequently; eat more vegetables and fruits; consume a moderate amount of animal and plant protein; milk is rich in nutrients, especially calcium, which is easy for the baby to absorb, so milk is still an indispensable food for the baby during this period; eat both coarse grains and fine grains to avoid vitamin B1 deficiency.

1. Green pepper, carrot and yam puree

Ingredients: yam, carrot, green pepper, salad oil, salt, sesame oil.

Method: Wash and chop carrots and green peppers. Pour some oil in a pan and fry them until cooked. After the yam has cooled, mash it into paste. Pour the pressed yam paste into a bowl, add the fried green peppers and carrots, add salt and mix all the food well. Prepare a jelly mold, apply a layer of sesame oil on the inner wall, then fill it with mixed yam paste and press it tightly with a spoon. Then turn it upside down on a plate and start eating.

2. Qiaohu Rice

Ingredients: rice, corn, green beans, carrots, chicken breast, cheese, eggs, seaweed, oyster sauce, corn starch.

Add appropriate amount of corn starch to the egg yolk and mix well. Pour in the egg yolk liquid and wait for one side to solidify, then turn it over to the other side to solidify. Use small scissors to trim the cheese slices into an olive shape and place them on the lower half of the face. Cut two small semicircles from cheese slices and place them on the ears and eyeballs. Cut the seaweed into shapes as shown. Prepare corn, green beans and diced carrots. Put oil in a wok, add the diced chicken when the oil is hot and stir-fry until 50% cooked, continue stir-frying the vegetable pieces, and finally add appropriate amount of oyster sauce. Place the fried dishes next to Qiaohu.
