11. Add 10g cooking wine, 5g soy sauce, 10g oyster sauce and 3g chicken stock.

12. After pouring in the soybean skin, add a level of boiling water and cook for a while, then add 5 grams of chopped pepper sauce

13. Add the fried eggplant strips, thicken with starch immediately, and serve.
